      About

      Dr. Chua Yong Shen received his PhD degree at National University of Singapore in chemistry in 2011 and he joined Dalian National Laboratory for Clean Energy (DNL), Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics (DICP), China, as a Post Doc in 2011 after graduation. In 2012, he visited National Institute of Standard and Technology (NIST), USA, for 10 months as a guest researcher. In 2015, he returned to Malaysia and is currently serving as senior lecturer at School of Chemical Sciences, Universiti Sains Malaysia.

        • My research interests are in the field of energy storage, including developing methodologies to synthesize novel materials for energy storage application.
